PEERLESS Progressive Tooling, Wire EDM Peerless Metal Products maintains a fully equipped, in-house tool room, allowing us to keep tool-making costs down while closely monitoring quality. We utilize a number of different tools for precision machining, including three CNC mills and a Wire E.D.M. machine. Our tool makers have combined decades of experience, allowing us to tackle the most difficult jobs. In 2001, Peerless purchased a Wire E.D.M. machine to better control costs and quality when making customer tooling in-house. Our Wire E.D.M machine is housed in a climate controlled room that is segregated from the rest of our facility.
